Grants and incentives Owners of recognized energy efficient new homes are eligible for a $1,000 rebate from the Saskatchewan government. Additional rebates are available for solar domestic hot water heating systems, Drain-Water Heat Recovery (DWHR) systems, natural gas appliances, and geothermal systems that meet certain criteria.
